King Elrod discovers the Tome of the Fallen sealed deep within the forgotten tombs of Mount Evelone. Beneath its golden cover rests a dark, godlike orb said to grant the deepest desire of any who dare claim it—but every gift demands a terrible price.

Haunted by visions of chained kings and shadowed keepers, Elrod begins to unravel as the tome binds itself to his mind. Yet his purpose never falters: to resurrect his dead wife and unborn child.
