Kathy (5/5)

Would recommend

"One of the more informative books on Ontario birds"

Sue B. (5/5)

Looks great

"I have yet to read this as it was a gift under my own rewards card lol"

Dallas (5/5)

Amateur birder

"Great guide to birds in the province. Easy to find what you're looking for, and the level of detail is great for a book this size"

Shannon (4/5)

A good resource

"Great descriptions and illustrations. Quality paper used for print"

GBird (5/5)

Wonderful reference

"Very comprehensive. If you enjoy bird watching and would like a reference, this book is very well done. I know you can use google but I find it’s easier to use this book, could be the way our brains generally work or just what I’m use to 😊"

CanadaSandra (5/5)

Great book, but no ""new"" information in the new edition.

"I was a bit disappointed in this book. I have the old version of this book (from about 20 years ago). . . . I bought this new edition expecting some updated content, and the book is EXACTLY the same as the 20 year old version I already have. If you have the old copy, dont waste your money on this one."

Wendy (2/5)

Good for a novice birder

"Good illustrations, clear descriptions and a well-organized format make this a helpful reference book for someone who is curious about what that weird bird was that she saw swimming in Lake Ontario that day. More experienced birders will probably want more detailed reference books."
