"A good body positive book. A few things to note, my 7 year old asked why people are in their underwear and bras, so be ready to field that question. It also uses the word fat as a descriptor at one point and I'm not a fan of that word."

Perfect addition to the collection

"The images for this book are definitely the selling point. Most of the text is repeated through out (but who can argue with the statement ""bodies are cool""?) so the reading experience can become more of an eye-spy or conversation starter with your kiddo."

Grownups in underwear

"I'm not a fan of teaching children that seeing grown-ups in their underwear in normal. If ANY adult presents themselves in their underwear to ANY child, I want the child to know to turn and run, not be pressured to think ""this is normal and beautiful"". _x000D_ All the popularity behind this book is disgusting. Next time, clothe the bodies before advertising it towards kids/babies. _x000D_ Of course I understand there is an ""intended"" message. This message would be whole lot less creepy if these adults were clothed."

Tyler Feder is a Chicago-based artist whose work explores Big Feelings, feminism, and pop culture. She graduated from Northwestern University with a BA in Radio/TV/Film and a fancy certificate in Creative Writing for the Media. After college, she studied comedy writing at The Second City Training Center and began posting drawings online, both of which were equal parts thrilling and terrifying. Since then, Tyler has illustrated Cristen Conger and Caroline Ervin’s Unladylike, Leah Henderson’s Together We March, and many angsty self-portraits. Tyler wrote and illustrated the award-winning graphic memoir Dancing at the Pity Party, and she continues to sell prints and the occasional portrait at her long-running Etsy shop, Roaring Softly. Tyler’s favorite color is pink (obviously).
