Gretchen and her husband, Steve, raised four children and now enjoy spending time with their six grandchildren. Buddy, adopted as a lost puppy, lived with the Stenehjem family for 13 years. He ran and played and enjoyed his life with the kids - Peter, Erik, Kira, and Kristen Stenehjem. Gretchen is a former elementary school teacher and preschool director. She currently works as a Marketing Director. Proceeds from the sale of this book will be donated to the Anne Carlsen Center in Jamestown, North Dakota.
