In order to halt the slaughter, Stevie sneaks into the most heinous event of them all: The Buffalo Run. People are chosen at random to run a marathon in Yosemite Valley amongst genetically modified buffalo who crave human flesh. Stevie must survive the ordeal, and make it to the finish, in order to end the madness that took her daughter's life.
