Laura Boronat, «LauraDadaCuentista» en redes, nació en Dénia (Alicante) en 1978 y vive en Valencia, donde se licenció en Bellas Artes. Es madre dos «locos bajitos», trabaja como diseñadora gráfica y, desde 2017, araña minutos a sus días para dedicarlos a la escritura. Disfruta experimentando con la ficción histórica, la contemporánea, la novela juvenil y la fantasía; aunque siempre con una alta dosis de romance. Sus tramas y personajes se definen por apostar por la diversidad y dar visibilidad al colectivo LGBTQ+. En diciembre de 2021 resulta ganadora de un premio Watty en la categoría de Ficción Histórica en la plataforma canadiense Wattpad, y en noviembre de 2022 obtiene de nuevo este galardón anual, esta vez en la categoría Espíritus Libres. En enero de 2022 publica su primera novela La X de Alejandro con el sello Selecta de Penguin Random House. Una comedia romántica LGBT. 

Laura, known on social media as LauraDadaCuentista, was born in Dénia (Alicante) in 1978 and lives in Valencia, where she earned a degree in Fine Arts. A graphic designer and mother of two, she has been dedicating time to writing since 2017. She writes across historical, contemporary, young adult, and fantasy fiction, always with a strong romantic focus and a clear commitment to diversity and LGBTQ+ representation. She won Watty Awards on Wattpad in 2021 (Historical Fiction) and 2022 (Free Spirits). Her debut novel, La X de Alejandro, an LGBTQ+ romantic comedy, was published in January 2022 by Penguin Random House’s Selecta imprint.
