About the Author: Ayalew Adamu (PhD) is the author of "Ethiopian history after the Guns of March 1st, 1896 and the rise of contemporary Ethiopia, led by Emperor Menelik II and Queen Taytu Betul". The author has worked as a chief statewide research manager in the California Department of Transportation in the Division of System Information for thirty years. Also, he has been a member of the oversight board representing the Western States for the Census Transportation Planning Products (CTPP) and the National Research. He has published papers on urban and regional transportation system planning.
