Good read

"This is a quick and easy read. I found it show cases the reality of postpartum depression and as a new mom made me feel like I wasn’t doing anything wrong and it’s okay to feel this way. Would definitely recommend and I will be passing this along to my new mom friends down the road."

Regina (5/5)

A great reminder that you are not alone.

"Playful, light, but also raw and honest. This book helps navigate and even journal some of the difficult feelings you get after becoming a mother. I wouldn't say it explores the subject by diving very deep, but it does explore the range of different feelings and experiences."

Caroline (4/5)

Good to prompt self reflection

". . but not much else. It wasn’t quite what I expected - I thought there would be more discussion around some of the thoughts new moms have."

Leslie A. (3/5)

A very important book

"Essential reading for first time new moms who are struggling."

Lindsay (5/5)

Good for new moms

"This was a good interactive read, I would recommend for any new mom"

Fiona (5/5)

Great book spills the tea sis

"Real advice for moms to be! Easy to read and would be a great gift."
