Great Classical Greek adventures

"This is a wonderful book. The adventures of heroes from Greek mythology. I had not had that much interest in these tales since I have read Bulfinch's mythologies in the early seventies. A must read. Fry's treatment of each adventure is detailed and extremely well presented. The notes at the bottom of most pages are truly informative. I am glad that publishing houses are including them again instead of sending the reader searching in the back pages of the book. I would have like a brief bibliography, even a repetition of that found in Mythos by the same author, which is another wonderful read."

Stephen Fry is an award-winning writer, comedian, actor, and director. He rose to fame in A Bit of Fry & Laurieand Jeeves and Wooster.
