Ellie’s Review

“I loved this book because it’s full of unexpected surprises and adventure.”

Holes is about a boy named Stanley who is sent to a summer camp where the kids have to dig holes every day, but he soon discovers there’s a secret reason behind all the digging…. I loved this book because it’s full of unexpected surprises and adventure. I liked how all the stories connected in the end, and it kept me guessing about what would happen next. Other readers might enjoy Holes too because it has great characters, surprises, and I loved the ending!

– Love, Ellie (Age 7)
