GEORGE KOHLRIESER is an organizational and clinical psychologist who has also worked as a police psychologist and hostage negotiator. He is a Distinguished Professor of Leadership and Organizational Behavior at the International Institute for Management Development and the Director of its High-Performance Leadership program.

ANDREW KOHLRIESER is the CEO and President of the Kohlrieser Leadership Institute, and a former United States Congressional policy advisor and legislative correspondent. He specializes in conflict resolution, high impact communication, and leading negotiations. As co-founder and CEO of the Kohlrieser Leadership Institute, Andrew works closely with international companies to implement the Secure-Base Leadership concepts.
