My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.
My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand. (John 10:27-29).
From the scripture above, the big question is:
How many believers can hear and recognize the voice of our Lord Jesus whenever he speaks.
How many still have the spiritual sensitivity or ears to listen and hear the father?
I like challenging believers on the ground of their personal relationship with God the Father; not in form of questioning their beliefs, but the aspect of many believers who thinks going to church, being present in every church activities, and adorning self as Christians is what matter alone; making them feel spiritually fulfilled.
It is really time we begin to pay more attention to things that matters more when it comes to our individual spiritual journeys which is the aspect of establishing a private and Intentional personal relationship with God.
You can't be deaf and dumb spiritually while making physical noise_ expecting things to be shaped in the spiritual.
Many so called believers are deaf and blind spiritually to be able to hear when the father is speaking or see when the father is showing and revealing spiritual mysteries to them.
It is a challenge to me and you as believers to establish and have a solid relationship with God if we desire to live maximally according to the will and guides of Christ. For a child who can't hear when the father speaks but only speak to the father, it will be impossible for such child to heed, follow and fulfill the will of the father.
Remember, even the bible which is one channel of communing with God needs spiritual sensitivity and connection to get the mysteries and revelations whenever we engage with it, because it's not a normal book we can read with our carnal understanding or minds. We must seek to know and connect with heavenly insight and understanding.
The solution to the challenges of building a vibrant and sensitive spiritual life as believers through divine instructions, command and my personal experience have been shared and written in this book. Don't just read, but practically follow and implement to establish that two-way channel of communication and reach out to God where he is seated waiting to start speaking with you as a son and daughter, hearing from you as much as you speak to him.
