Bhabani Shankar Nayakis Professor of Business Management, Guildhall School of Business and Law, London Metropolitan University, UK. Naznin Tabassumis a Senior Lecturer in Strategy and Leadership and MSc Management Program Leader at the University of Derby, UK. Her main research interests involve women in management/leadership, gender stereotyping, glass ceiling, CSR, corporate governance, resilience, and Feminism. Her present research is in gender and leadership from an international perspective.
