"Impeccable Kindness" is the first poetry collection self-released by Britt Kemp. The poems cover a little more than a decade of various life experiences - dealing with heartbreak, loss, hope, and renewal. The writer takes her lead from the classic poets of the confessionalist genre (Sylvia Plath, Anne Sexton, Robert Lowell, etc.) and attempts to follow in their tradition with some nods to contemporary musicians such as Leonard Cohen and The National. Beyond any angst in the collected body of work, Kemp's goal is for the reader to understand that the encompassing cord is "impeccable kindness" - a reliance upon humans to see and acknowledge the good in each other.
