Wayne F. Cascio, PhDis Distinguished University Professor Emeritus at the University of Colorado Denver and one of the most influential figures in HR and organizational psychology. A former President of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, he has authored 35 books and over 200 articles. He is a recipient of global lifetime achievement awards, including the Ulrich Impact Award, and has extensive experience as a consultant, editor, and expert witness.

Alexis A. Fink, PhDis a senior global HR executive and people analytics leader with experience at Meta, Intel, and Microsoft. She has led large-scale organizational change and talent analytics initiatives and currently chairs the People Analytics Board at the Institute for Corporate Productivity. A Past President and Fellow of SIOP, she has authored over 100 publications and is widely recognized for her contributions to evidence-based HR practice.

Fred Oswald, PhDis Professor and Herbert S. Autrey Chair in Social Sciences at Rice University. His research and 200+ publications focus on employment testing, workforce analytics, and AI in HR. He serves as Chair of the National Academies' Board on Human-Systems Integration and is incoming Editor of Psychological Methods. A Fellow of APA, APS, and SIOP, he has led national advisory work on AI and HR decision-making.
