At nineteen, Carl leads an aimless life filled with laziness, snack food, and watching Twitch streams. He spends most of his time with his friend Zack, whose parents have a huge mansion. However, a chance encounter with a visitor—an attractive young woman who is looking for a dose of "medicine"—leads Carl to discover the secrets of Zack's parents and the origin of their wealth. They've cured the appearance of aging. And through a clinic called HAREM (Healing and Rejuvenation Enhancement Medicine), their anti-aging serum is administered on a weekly basis, giving older ladies the appearance of hot college babes.
The serum also works on men. And Zack's mother, Debra, believes HAREM can grow by transforming lazy men like Carl into attractive women and finally giving them a purpose in life: to serve her husband, the lead doctor of HAREM and a true alpha male.
