The new arrangements for securing the greater usefulness of the Journals of Transactions to country and foreign mem bers continue to meet with increased success, and to facilitate the extension of the Institute abroad. Out Of upwards of one hundred members who have joined during this year, nearly one-half are resident in America or the Colonies.
