My entire life was to market my food and beverage industry to public. I always practiced in my businesses that product must be on quality first. So, food must be number one in food business then service. If food is not prepared as good as they should be then customers won’t ever come back. Second most important thing was service. If the guest comes to your store no matter how good the food is if he gets a incompetent waiter then his great dinner is ruined and he may never will come back. Quality food with quality service goes in hand in hand in this business and all beverages complements them.
My book is the prime example of how the high-quality food is severed in such a way to the guest that it becomes a memorable day or evening for him or her.
