Life in The Arctic Square is anything but "run-of-the-mill" for Bou Fujiwara, the domestic slave and live-in psychologist for the eccentric Dr Kakusei. For what begins as a refreshingly cool day quickly spirals into a series of bizarre and perilous misadventures.
After Dr Kakusei gifts Bou a guitar as a reward for his hard work (much to the murderous envy of his unstable housemate Tsukasa) Bou finds himself navigating a minefield of domestic tension. When Tsukasa's jealousy boils over into a violent tantrum that trashes the dining room, Bou realizes that his role as the HQ's emotional mediator is more dangerous than ever.
