"I’ll admit it, I was hesitant when I first heard about the tropes in this book, but Leigh Rivers’ writing is too good to ignore. This story does NOT take it slow—you’re taken straight into taboo madness, and I was instantly hooked. The themes here are definitely not for everyone, and that’s okay. But for me? Completely obsessed. I sat frozen for three straight hours, devouring this book from start to finish. Is it beyond unhinged? Absolutely. Does my obsession probably say something questionable about my brain? Definitely. Will I be reading the second book? Without a doubt. Book 2 can’t come fast enough🖤 Malachi Vize is THAT GUY!!"
