He holds a Ph.D. from the Academy of Scientific and Innovative Research (AcSIR), conducted at CSIR&National Environmental Engineering Research Institute (CSIR-NEERI), Nagpur. His expertise spans municipal solid waste management, agricultural and legacy waste valorization, landfill mining and restoration, environmental impact assessment, lifecycle assessment, persistent organic pollutants, and wastewater treatment. He has led and contributed to multiple R&D and consultancy projects and has taught a wide range of undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral courses, including Water and Wastewater Engineering, Environmental Studies, Fluid Mechanics, and Foundations of Entrepreneurship. Dr. Mandpe has authored twenty peer-reviewed research and review articles and numerous chapters, with additional manuscripts in preparation.

Dr. Nadeem A Khan is an assistant professor in the Civil Engineering department at King Khalid University, Abha. His major expertise is in wastewater treatment using a biological approach and addressing the feasibility of the desalination process via pre-treatment using a membrane-based bioreactor. His research focused on pharmaceutical removal using bioreactors, physicochemical methods, and their combination. He serves as an editorial board member of Nature Journal-Scientific Reports and worked for the Springer-Discover Water, Hindawi journal and MDPI journal-water. He has co-authored/authored more than 100 refereed journals and 4 Patents. He had a lifetime citation 3033 with an H-index of 33. Maulin P. Shah is currently a deputy general manager at the Industrial Wastewater Research Lab, Division of Applied and Environmental Microbiology Lab, Enviro Technology Ltd., Ankleshwar, Gujarat, India. A group of research scholars works under his guidance on the areas ranging from applied microbiology, environmental biotechnology, bioremediation, industrial liquid waste management, and solid state fermentation. He received his Ph.D. in environmental microbiology from Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidyanagar, Gujarat. He served as an assistant professor at Gujarat University in 2001. His primary research interests include genetic adaptation processes in bacteria, the mechanisms by which they deal with toxic substances, how they react to pollution in general and how we can apply microbial processes in a useful way such as bacterial bioreporters. One of his major interests is to study how bacteria evolve and adapt to use organic pollutants as novel growth substrates.
