This old F cc-fimple, which was in his prefent Majefty previous to the birth of the Prince of Wales, panijlved on the birth of the Prince of Wales; the' Prince taking by de fcent, as heir of the Fee-fimple qualified, cre ated by the ilth of Ed. III.
