OCD is hard and the anxiety we feel can be paralyzing. Often we can get so caught up in our current fears that we can lose sight of the victories we experience along the way. I've struggled with OCD for years and often felt like I was wandering around aimlessly in recovery, so I created this daily guide for myself. My goal was to help give myself focus and purposeful direction in what I was trying to accomplish on a day to day basis, as well as, from one month to the next. This Workbook / Journal challenges you to establish goals and ERP challenges at the beginning of the month and then provides a space for the day-to-day work. You will also be able to look back at the end of the month and review all of your victories, as well as, the areas that you struggled to help you prepare for the upcoming month. It was truly amazing, how much this little daily exercise, in conjunction with therapy, helped me stay the course in my recovery now and I'd like to share it with you.
