Thomas Johnson is a golf enthusiast, a passion that has provided him with not only a hobby but also a unique lens through which to view the world. While he previously oversaw the development of a book on relationships, People I Have Met on a Golf Course marks his debut as a solo author, a project he has seen through from conception to publication. The stories within its pages are a direct reflection of his own journey, and he hopes they will inspire readers to find meaning in their own everyday interactions. Thomas lives in Las Vegas but his soul remains in Cleveland Ohio as a devoted fan of the Browns, Indians (yes, Indians) and the Ohio State Buckeyes.

From the Author:

Writing this book has been a journey that would not have been possible without the support, guidance, and encouragement of many remarkable people. Well, maybe not many but a few select conspirators.

My profound gratitude extends to my kids and "significant other" who are supportive of all my endeavors including this one. Most importantly to my friend and CCO of this project Glenn Connery who served as my agent and kept me moving forward and for your constant belief in my work.

Any errors or shortcomings in this book remain entirely my own responsibility.

With deep appreciation,
Thomas Johnson
"Finally, a golf book that isn't about swing mechanics or etiquette. These stories feel like the best parts of a round—the laughs, the characters, and the unexpected moments you never forget."

"My husband read this out loud on the porch and I ended up laughing harder than he did. You don't need to know a birdie from a bogey to enjoy the people in these pages."

"Picked this up for a flight and didn't look up until we landed. It's funny, fast-paced, and filled with characters that stick with you long after the last page."
