Floyd Boscheeis an Emeritus Professor, Division of Educational Administration, School of Education, University of South Dakota, where he conducted research in educational leadership. During his educational career he served as a teacher, coach, athletics director, assistant superintendent for curriculum and instruction, chair of departments of education, and professor in educational administration.
Marlene Jacobsonis an assistant professor in the Division of Educational Administration, The University of South Dakota, where she teaches graduate courses in educational administration and higher education. She has been an instructor in thee Department of English and Acting Dean of Continuing Education at the University of South Dakota.
