Marilyn Eisenstein is a former teacher of children and English as a Second Language. She was born and raised in Toronto. Periwinkle Isn’t Paris is her first book, and like Polly, Paris is her favorite city.

Rudolf Stüssi was born in Switzerland and has studied art in Canada, Italy, Mexico, and England. His work is in the Royal Collection at Windsor Castle, the Kathe Kollwitz Museum, Berlin, as well as numerous public and private collections in Canada, the United States, Europe, and the Dominican Republic. Rudolf Stüssi lives in Toronto and Switzerland.
