The vast majority of men who sexually abuse women are apprehended by law enforcement, convicted and sentenced to some type of incarceration. These abusers are usually taken into custody rather easily because they leave clues, DNA and other physical evidence at the scene of the crime. Some are arrested because of video surveillance cameras. What would be the outcome if the abuser was extremely clever and left no evidence whatsoever?
