We love this book! Made several cakes so far.

"Don’t be scared off by the fact that it’s vegan, vegan doesn’t mean what it used to - these are most definitely NOT cardboard cakes, they are moist and so delicious and easy!!! No weird health food store ingredients, the classics butter sugar, and the author even teaches you how to build a layer cake, and use frosting tips to add easy designs to your cakes. We made the apple caramel cake with oatmeal cookie like bits, and drizzled with salted caramel for thanksgiving and NO ONE believed it was “vegan” … made the peanut butter snack cake a few times now. The meringue from chickpea liquid, it seems so strange but it works. This is definitely not your typical vegan cookbook. Eat really is cakes “for everyone”! Highly recommend."
