Fascinating Read

"This was recommended by my therapist/coach and I have found it to be a fascinating read and journey into the application of attachment theory into a CNM relationship framework."

Andrea (5/5)

Great book on polyamory

"This is a really great book for polyamory but also understanding relationships in general. It is now my new bible in this journey."

Genevieve (5/5)

Well worth the price of admission.

"I found there to be very little direct focus on CNM and much more focus on the impact of Attachment Styles and Trauma on inter-personal relationships of all types, but it was helpful to have this information on a CNM context. I recommend to anyone, not just those those exploring CNM, but those in monogamous relationships. Also helpful for anyone who has a Secure Attachment Style. . . . It will help you understand what some of the other people in your life are like and why. It poses incredible conversation starters for anyone with feelings, regardless of what direction they take you."

James (5/5)

Worth reading no matter how good your poly skills are

"Amazing presentation of nonmonogamous relationship advice informed by attachment theory. Brings a whole new way of looking at common topics like jealousy, communication, & getting one's needs met."

Tucker M. (5/5)

Get ready for a mind blower. . . .

"Take your time. I read section by section, needing to put the book down and think about what I just read, and how it applies to my life experience. It's gonna call you out and draw you in to learn how to better move forward in situations of insecurity. Very recommended for anyone interested in improving their stability and security in relationships of any kind."

Lina (5/5)

Helpful

"Has been really helping me to understand myself better and understand how my attachment style impacts me and my relationship"

Elizabeth (4/5)

Excelent insight

"So helpful as a look at managing multiple attachments and the struggles that interacting intimately with different personalities and behaviour styles can bring up"

Rachel (5/5)

Great read

"Perfect book to read if you're wondering about attachment theory and poly. Helps to think about how you manage relationships. Written in an easy to digest way."

Nico (5/5)

A great resource for anyone in any kind of relationship

"Great discussion on trauma cycles and how to unlearn unhealthy communication practices within relationships. Would recommend to anyone, regardless of whether or not they were in a poly relationship. Useful even outside of romantic partnerships!"

Haley (5/5)
