The “times” are changing!

"I bought this book for my grandson who has a degree in business and works for a company dealing with buying resources for land use. He also has to negotiate with other cultures. He says this type of book is his pleasure reading. A note: I buy books for my grandchildren for every special occasion-I. e. graduations, birthdays and Christmas- and usually get the title desired for each of them."

This Should Be Taught In School

"This should be a course in highschool. It's such an amazing overview of finance and history and the overarching patterns of society. Gives a lot of context to our lives today."

Z C. (5/5)

On point.

"Very interesting historical perspective aligned with modern and contemporary times."

A world order of data sets

"An amazing text from one of the leading investing legends Ray Dalio. This book should be taught in schools."

David (5/5)

Good read!

"Good read, interesting thoughts and found the book well laid out."

Kate (4/5)

Fascinating perspective

"Fascinating perspective on the rise and fall of global powers. Dalio looks at trends and patterns that repeat over centuries to help predict future events."

Lora (5/5)

Well done

"I have watched the condensed cartoon version of this book. This book also provides insight for readers with different focus. I love the format and enjoyed the reading. Personally I think history teach us lessons but only few people learn from the past and still being subjective. Few leaders are looking into the whole picture of the world economy and political future of the man kind."

Good but not great

"Ray Dalio shows how studying the past can help you predict the future. . . which isn't a new thought. But what I enjoyed about this book is there is a condensed version. There are parts that are bolded so if you want to get the main points without reading everything, you can."

Amanda (3/5)

Great book

"Very insightful amd makes a ton of sense as to what is going on in the world right now"
