Practical Strategies to Keep Mentally Fit

"This is a practical, straightforward set of strategies to cope with the mental challenges we can face as we age. Dr. Hakim's recommendations to deal as best we can with natural aging issues, focused on the many challenges in dealing with dementia in its many forms, are primarily good common sense. However, his text also provides a valuable link that connects the physiologogical manifestations that take place in our brain with those recommendations. I will keep this book in my medical library and recommend it highly to those affected by or interested in this topic."
