Katie Sandford has just gotten an interview at her favourite music magazine, The Line. It's the chance of a lifetime. So what does she do? Goes out to celebrate -- and shows up still drunk at the interview. "This was my first McKenzie novel and I definitely want to read more! I loved the rhythm and style of her writing. I loved the characters. They have baggage, they're vulnerable, they mess up. . . just like all of us! I love that this story is about a very serious subject (addiction, rehab), but is written with a great sense of humour and a little romance on the side. This is a good book that I would recommend a friend! Will read more from this author, that's for sure!"
