Great read!

"I picked up Stop Holding Back during a busy stretch of work and did not expect it to hit as close to home as it did. I manage construction projects for a living, and outside of work I play music, so my days are a mix of deadlines, coordination, and creative risk. This book spoke directly to that tension. What I appreciated most is how realistic it is about fear. There is no promise of a life-changing moment where everything suddenly clicks. Instead, Joze Piranian talks about choosing courage in small ways, over and over, even when it is uncomfortable. That mindset applies just as much on a job site as it does when sharing your work creatively. This is not a motivational book you read once and forget. It is the kind you come back to when you are hesitating, overthinking, or holding yourself back. I would recommend it to anyone juggling responsibility and creativity and trying to move forward without waiting for perfect confidence."

Loved the book!

"i loved this book!! I think everyone should read this book. It doesn’t try to sell fearlessness or some big life-changing moment. Instead, it reminds you that progress comes from showing up, even when you’re uncomfortable. Joze’s message felt honest and real, especially the idea that courage is built in small, everyday moments. This book made me reflect on how often I wait to feel ready instead of just taking the next step. If fear has ever held you back at work or in life, this is a simple, motivating read that gently pushes you to move forward anyway."
