Nadia Saderman Hall has managed training program at the community college level for over seven years. She has been active in curriculum design and program development and has developed a post-diploma specialization in infancy for ECE practitioners. Ms. Saderman Hall holds an MA from the University of Toronto, an MEd from the Ontario Institute of Education, University of Toronto, a Diploma of Chils Study from the Institute of Child Study, University of Toronto, and a Teacher Certificate, Primary Sepcialist, from the University of Toronto.

Valerie Rhomberg is an early childhood educator and consultant whose teaching experience over the past 20 years has spanned all age groups, infants to adults, in diverse educational settings in Canada and Europe. She currently holds the position of coordinator in the School of Child and Family Studies at the Canadian Mothercraft Society in Toronto, teaches courses at the ECE level, and delivers post-diploma training in anti-bias. She is also the supervisor of the Chidlcare Learning Centre affiliated with the school.
