Thought Provoking in the Gentlest, Kindest Way

"I'm not sure how I came to own a copy of The Art of Happiness but I am definitely grateful to have found it. This easy to read and digest guide is thoughtfully laid out and eternally relevant. It is definitely a book to have on hand for anyone looking for spiritual guidance toward a life of happiness. Thought provoking in the gentlest, kindest way. A must read and would make a lovely graduation gift to someone you love."

LOOKING AT LIFE THROUGH A DIFFERENT MIND SET.

"The Art of Happiness is a MUST READ for this day and age that we live in. Young people are trying to live the perfect life, as they see it, with the best car, the biggest house, the latest fashion in brand name accessories, but do these bring genuine happiness? I am a senior and I firmly believe that the Dalai Lama is a wise fellow with his teachings in this 10th Anniversary Edition. His philosophy on life and finding genuine happiness hit a chord with me. . . . . . . having weathered some trials and tribulations in my life. . . . . . . the road to happiness has many bumps along the way, and this book can open one's mind to help navigate it. A very reassuring read for me!"
