Reviews

Worst kids book

"Yikes…. horribly written, and boring. The illustrations were good, that’s the only positive thing"

Court033 (1/5)

Beautiful little story

"It’s a beautiful story. I bought for my husband and son."

Alyssa (5/5)

WONDERFUL Father’s Day Gift!!!

"I love the book! I keep buying it as a gift for the new fathers in my life! It’s always appreciated and happily commented on. Well done to the Duchess!"

Sheri (5/5)

Sentimental read

"Its a sweet poem book if you know the writers history. More for parents enjoyment than the childs though."

Lauren (3/5)

Doesn't represent family's

"This book is in discard bin at Walmart for 8. 88 $ Although its not worth that. My family for 3 generations has not been even remotely represented in this book. Why the good reviews? Society is not being represented by this silly silly author."

Heidi (1/5)

Gorgeous illustrations to compliment beautiful words

"The Duchess really captures the bond between father and son in sharing her personal love letter to her husband. The illustrator does a phenomenal job bringing inclusivity and love on the pages where the Duchess' beautiful words dance. My nieces and nephews love the story and appreciate the rhymes I think they are on their 10th read. Hope my siblings don't get too mad at me!"

Barbara (5/5)

Cute story

"Thought this story was cute, you can definitely see the references in the photos to her real life. I think this book was originally hyped up so much that people had higher expectations but its still a cute story."

Francesca (5/5)

terrible

"Didn't appeal to my child at all, written for her own self promotion me thinks"

Stella (1/5)

My students identify with the many different benches in the book. After reading the book, the students drew their own version of benches with their fathers either during a picnic, or outdoors.

"The book is fabulous. I loved the poem. I used it as my fathers day book for circle time and the students enjoyed it. It is a great book for text to self, connection and around childrens world. The inclusivity and diversity makes all children identify and see themselves in it."

Rita D. (5/5)

Beautiful Story from A Loving Parent

"I think this book was more personal than it was supposed to be literary genius. I think people are being unnecessarily cruel about it. It's a beautiful story where you can sense Meghan's love for both Archie and Harry. I don't think it will be a book for the ages but it was a very sweet story about a mother's love for her husband, son, and the bond they share."
