Scott (5/5)

Dangerous for parents too!

"Big book and while it may look intimidating for a young reader, it’s full of fun, practical, interesting a quick reads."

Teresa (4/5)

Something good or something bad? Little bit of both. . .

"While the title evokes evil smiles from my middle grade readers, there's actually a lot of substance to this hefty volume. Hands-on skills (building a treehouse, tracking animals) are interspersed with trivia (hockey stats and bits of history). Grammar lessons even make an appearance alongside instructions for paper airplanes, I guess so kids can more eloquently apologize to their teachers? Overall, a useful, fun, engaging browse for both the big readers and the more reluctant."

April D. (5/5)
