Don’t know what happen after 460 pages

"The idea of this book on paper sound great , but the execution felt so flat. After 460 pages I have no idea why the vowsmith are so important and how the magic work , nothings was ever explained. There is so much character but none of them are explained or so when people start dying nothing felt more than a name being out of the story. This is a murder mystery and still I’m not really certain who committed the murder cause everything was all over the place . The love story was also giving nothing . I just know that they didn’t see eatchotet for 9 years and have no idea why they want to be together so bad . They had no chemistry or story for me to want them to be together. I was so excited to read this book when I bought it , but now that I did it feel like a waste of time. Should of end"

“The Gentleman and His Vowsmith grabbed me from the first page and kept me hooked with flawless spooky gothic vibes, wonderful characters, delightfully messy relationships, buried family secrets, and a compelling murder mystery. I loved it to the last page!
