Reviews

One of Frieda’s Best

"I read this because the movie is coming out. While I think the movie may be better than the book, I found the plot of this FM book to be one of her better ones. Two strong women—one to outwit and one to not be messed with. Entertaining and an easy read to fly through. Not sure that the Enzo’s character was needed—just a bit of fluff."

Amazing Read

"I haven't read since I was a child, when I decided I wanted to start reading a did a bit of research on a good book that would help me get into reading. This was one of the top recommendations and it wasn't wrong. I was gripped after the first chapter and couldn't put it down. I flew through it in 4 days and was left wanting more so I went out and bought the rest of the housemaid series. Amazing read and I'd recommend to anyone"

I understand the hype. Overall easy and satisfying read.

"I wish I did read less thriller so the twists and turns would have been more impactful and less predictable, but really enjoyed it. Well written, well paced for the most part and memorable characters. RECOMMEND TO people who want to try to read thriller and/or reading slump."

Isabelle B. (4/5)

3-3. 5/5

"Had very high expectations, but would rate it 3-3. 5/5. Good popcorn thriller, very easy and fast read. I'd still recommend it to others, but wouldn't add it to my top books. Still glad I read it!"

Yana (3/5)

The title is somewhat simple but an excellent portrayal of the character involved.

"This book grabs you in! At first it wasn’t my idea of the kind of book I usually read. The plot has twists and turns with an ending you couldn’t guess at."
