Terry Budget is the Founder and CEO of the keynote speaking, training, and consulting firm Alpha Success, LLC. He served 21 years of active federal service with the United States Army consisting of tours in Kuwait and Iraq. Terry was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for meritorious service in a combat zone to include the Meritorious Service Medal accompanied with multiple other awards. He was the top graduate in his graduating class from the University of Phoenix with a Master degree in Management. His academic knowledge includes training in human resource management, negotiations, and leadership from the University of Villanova, Capella University and the University of Notre Dame. He is also a member of the Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in Business Administration and holds the Corporate Speaker designation from the International Association of Corporate Speakers. Terry has been a speaker and trainer of leadership for over 20 years. His specific ideas about leadership stems from combat experience, intensive studies, corporate work experience, and interaction with business owners across the country. These experiences and foundational knowledge formed his A.L.P.H.A. philosophy: Attitude, Leadership, Purpose, Honor, and Acumen.
