This book has grown out of the Ridley Lec tures on The Minister in Relation to Children and Sunday-schools, delivered at Regent's Park College, London, in the summer of 1900. The same course was given before the students of the Hartford Theological Seminary, Hartford, Conn, and single lectures in the series have been used elsewhere.
