The blood is sacred unto God. It is forbidden to eat blood. Lev.17:12: “Therefore I said to the children of Israel. ’No one among you shall eat blood, nor shall any stranger who dwells among you eat blood.” Lev.19:26: “You shall eat anything with the blood.” Lev.17:11: “For the life of the flesh is in the blood, and I have given it to you upon the altar to make atonement for the souls; for it is the blood that makes atonement for the soul.”
While the human body dies, blood never die. The blood has a voice. It speaks. It cries for vengeance when it is unjustifiably taken.Gen.3:10; And He said, “What have you done? The voice of your brother’s blood cries out to Me from the ground”
In New Testament dispensation, the priests were mandated to use the blood of lamb to atone the sins of the people on a yearly basis. In New Testament, through the shedding of His blood on the Cross of Calvary, salvation was won through it.Heb.10:10; By that will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. Christ’s blood provides atonement and forgiveness of sins (Rom.5:9; Heb.9:22) The blood cleanses us from sin (1 John.1:7; Heb.9:14). We are redeemed and ransomed through His shed blood (1 Pet.1:18-19; Reev.5:9). We are justified before God through the blood of Jesus Christ (Rom.5:9; 3:25).
The crux of the matter is that while we spend money in the physical realm, blood serves as the only currency in the spiritual realm. And since the spiritual controls the physical, demonic power can manipulate lives of people easily.
