Supportive and Useful

"This book helps the reader to assess the performance of different executive skills and provides clear instructions on how to improve or capitalise on those skills. It is useful in providing a way to articulate and breakdown your executive functioning and giving structure to improve it in specific areas. It can be repetitive in parts which is a pro for committing the advice to memory but a con for engagement. Overall it is accessible and supportive and doesn't fall into the trap of becoming preachy or critical of the reader like other self help books. If you find yourself in need of help with your day to day executive functioning I trust you can derive some benefit from this book."
