The Stimulated Mind challenges the idea that cognitive decline is inevitable. Drawing from cutting-edge research and years of experience coaching elite athletes, Dr. Wood reveals how the brain can actually get stronger with age—if we give it the right inputs and he provides a science-backed, actionable blueprint to shape a sharper, more adaptable brain—optimizing your cognitive abilities not just for today, but for decades to come.”—Dr. Gabrielle Lyon, New York Times bestselling author of Forever Strong
