Great book

"Really interesting book, definitely recommend to anyone interested in Canadian history"

Julia (4/5)

An amazing lesson in visualizing Canadian History

"Graphic History at it's best. The text is informative and interesting on its own, but the artwork brings the story to life. We really can see the battle through the eyes of those who experienced it. For the classroom, history text books should follow this example. I look forward to more like it!"

Barbara (5/5)

Incredible

"Literature as a form of Canadian war memorialization is on full display in Through Their Eyes. Barrett contributes an exemplary and original work to the conversation regarding Canada’s contribution during World War I. The book makes a critical examination of one of Canada's most enduring war stories. Simply tremendous."

Jeff (5/5)

I bought it for my mother and she loved it

"This was a very interesting way to tell the history of War."
