"Overall I think it was an interesting read. I wouldn’t say it was horrible, but not amazing either. You have a lot happening all at once with best friends sister and friend, broody billionaire who’s closed off and slightly dangerous and a the you add in the revenge plot. It’s a lot but I wouldn’t write off reading the next in the series because of it."

"I bought this book on December 27 2025. I was a little worried I wasn't going to like it but to my surprise it was my favorite book I have ever read. I started reading it on the 4 of January and I finished on the 18th of January. Then I started Twisted Games and I finished that one within two weeks. This is my favorite series by far. I highly recommend!"

More Than I Expected: My Thoughts on Twisted Love

"Honestly, Twisted Love was way more emotional than I expected. At first, I thought it would just be another typical romance with a cold, rich male lead, but it ended up pulling me in a lot deeper. The story kept my attention the whole time, especially because of how intense and dramatic it got. Alex Volkov is definitely not an easy character to like at the beginning. He’s closed off, controlling, and kind of intimidating, but that’s also what makes his character interesting. As the story goes on, you start to understand why he is the way he is, and watching him slowly change felt really satisfying. Ava, on the other hand, was one of my favorite parts of the book. She’s kind, optimistic, and emotional without being weak. I liked how she didn’t magically “fix” Alex, but she challenged him just by being herself. What really stood out to me was the emotional tension. The relationship felt messy and complicated, not perfect, which made it more realistic. I liked how the book explored trauma and trust, and how love isn’t always easy or soft—it can be uncomfortable and painful too. Some moments honestly made me frustrated, but in a good way, because I was invested. That said, the drama was very intense at times. Some parts felt a little over-the-top, and Alex’s behavior won’t be everyone’s favorite. If you don’t like possessive or morally gray characters, this book might not be for you. But personally, I think those flaws made the story more interesting and kept it from feeling boring. Overall, I really enjoyed Twisted Love. It’s emotional, dramatic, and addictive, and once I started reading, it was hard to stop. It’s the kind of book that makes you feel a lot while reading it, whether that’s excitement, frustration, or sadness. Definitely a memorable read and a strong start to the series."
