Vitality introduces Laike, a 17 year old girl living in a world where the government controls every aspect of her life, from the job she is about to start, to the man she will soon marry. After her parents are murdered in front of her for being Resistance supporters, Laike is thrown into the world of the Resistance-a group planning to overthrow the known government.
