We Lead is a must-read for any woman in business. This book is fun and engaging. It shows common leadership challenges from a variety of different industries. I found myself pleasantly surprised at how it was more stories than lectures, but loved "the practice" sections at the end of each chapter. It felt like I was a part of the family but had specific action items to complete for my business, if I wanted to. I also love that I was given ways to contact the co-authors if I wanted to learn more. Do your business a favor and go read this book.
