Every group that declares Christ to be their ruler and leader sees Christ Jesus in a slightly different light. Sometimes it is the Christ of historical Christianity or to concepts taken from a variety of sources. Some will be images of this prophet or founder while others come from science fiction or even imagination. My purpose in writing this book is not to inspire hate, distrust, or rejection but rather to open your eyes that you may evaluate who is the Christ that you follow. I encourage each reader to go back to the Scriptures and discover again the real face of Jesus the Christ as seen in the prophets and the gospels. And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
