Young Forever
"He does a thorough job of explaining foods and treatments, etc. . I didn't enjoy this book as much as I have his other ones, primarily because it was a bit repetitive. Plus, some of the more advanced suggestions aren't practical or affordable for most people. However, he does stress keeping young starts with good nutrition and lifestyle habits."
— Angela (4/5)
